Is this like cryonics?

Not exactly. Traditional cryonics focuses on preserving the whole body or brain after death, hoping for future revival. I-LiveOn takes a different approach: we capture your biological building blocks and digital essence while you’re alive, when the quality is at its peak. We don’t rely on reviving a preserved body — we preserve the raw materials needed for future re-creation, combined with a comprehensive digital portrait of who you are.

Is the bio harvesting painful or dangerous?

No. Our collection procedures are designed to be minimally invasive and safe. Most samples are obtained through simple blood draws, cheek swabs, and urine samples. Stem cell derivation uses established clinical protocols that are routine in modern medicine. All procedures are supervised by qualified medical professionals.

How long can you really preserve my data?

Our storage systems are designed for centuries-long preservation. We use multiple redundant vaults across different geographic locations, with continuous monitoring, regular sample viability testing, and a dedicated endowment fund to ensure storage costs are covered for generations. Your data is held in a legal trust structure that outlives the company.

What happens if I-LiveOn goes out of business?

Your data is protected by multiple layers of institutional durability: a dedicated endowment fund, legal trust structures, independent board oversight, and clear succession protocols. Even in the unlikely event of organizational failure, your data would be transferred to a successor institution as mandated by the trust. Your preservation doesn’t depend on any single entity.

Who can access my Digital Passport?

You have complete control. You designate exactly who can access your Digital Passport and under what conditions. This can include specific family members with different access levels, time-based release conditions, topic-based restrictions, and revocable access for anyone at any time. No one accesses your data without your explicit authorization.

Can I change my mind and delete everything?

Absolutely. At any point, you can request the complete deletion of all your data — both digital and biological. We provide clear processes for data destruction, including certified destruction of biological samples. Your right to be forgotten is a fundamental principle of our service.

When will full bio-hybrid re-creation be possible?

We don’t predict exact timelines, but the convergence of biotechnology, AI, and neuroscience is accelerating. Our job is to ensure that when the technology does mature, every piece of the puzzle needed to recreate you is already in place. By preserving your data now, you’re positioned to benefit from whatever breakthroughs come next.

What if I’m not healthy — can I still participate?

In most cases, yes. Our collection procedures are designed to accommodate a wide range of health conditions. During your initial consultation, we’ll assess your specific situation and design a plan that works for you. The Digital Passport component has no health requirements at all.

How is my data protected from hacking or theft?

What’s the total time commitment?

The full process typically takes 6-8 weeks from consultation to vault storage confirmation. Digital capture sessions are flexible and can be spread over weeks or months. Bio harvesting sessions are brief (typically 1-2 hours each). We work around your schedule.
